General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. General

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.offaxis.ch. By confirming your order, you fully accept these conditions.

2. Products

The items offered for sale are those described on our site at the time of consultation. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information (photos, descriptions), but slight differences may exist.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process. Offaxis reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

4. Ordering

The order becomes firm as soon as it has been validated and paid for. The customer receives an order confirmation by email. Offaxis reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock problem, pricing error or payment problem. The order is binding on the customer as soon as it has been paid for in full.

5. Payment methods

Customers can choose between secure payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Twint or PostFinance Card. All card payments are made online via the secure Worldine platform. The amount of the order is debited immediately upon confirmation.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched to Switzerland only. The delivery time is normally 2 to 10 working days. Offaxis accepts no responsibility for delays or losses due to transport services.

7. Right of return

Customers have 7 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Refunds are made after checking the condition of the product.

8. Guarantee

In the event of a defect or non-compliant product, please contact us as soon as possible. We undertake to repair, replace or refund the items concerned in accordance with the legal provisions.

9. Data protection

The personal data collected is treated confidentially and used solely for the purposes of the commercial relationship with Offaxis. No data is passed on to third parties without your consent.

10. Liability

Offaxis cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from the malfunction or improper use of the products marketed. The same applies to any modifications made to the products by the manufacturers.
Offaxis's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and it will not be liable for simple errors or omissions which may have occurred despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

11. Applicable law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to settle any conflict amicably. In the event of legal proceedings, the place of jurisdiction shall be Lausanne (Switzerland).
